Everything was perfect and the whole team were very understanding and helpful during a very difficult time. Claire was wonderful from the very first meeting and was always on hand to meet me and talk us through everything in detail, answer any questions and offer recommendations for the service.

We recently lost our mum, and the care we received from the team was exceptional from start to finish. Claire, in particular, was just amazing. Through our grieving process she listened with genuine interest and compassion about stories of our mum, which helped so much when we simply wanted to talk about her life, to almost distract ourselves from getting upset and even when we did she was just the shoulder we needed.

Her kindness — from offering a friendly cup of tea to giving us the time and space to talk through our wishes — made such a difference during an incredibly difficult time. She was patient, thoughtful, and truly understood how important it was for us to give Mum the send‑off she deserved.
