All we met were calm and professional including the hearse driver. Claire in particular is brilliant. Professional, knowledgeable, calm, dependable, reliable and an extremely good representative of your profession. CT Hull have done family funerals for us for over 25 years, Claire’s Dad Chris before her. I have no hesitation is directing anyone to them for their services.

I would highly recommend CT Hull for your funeral arrangements. From the minute we arrived the team showed compassion and respect during a difficult time. Rebecca especially is a credit to her team, nothing was too much trouble to ask for in preparation for the funeral. Claire was also amazing, taking the time to comfort us and to listen to us when we needed to talk. Chris is a great guy who was there anytime we called to come last minute. We couldn’t have asked for better team to arrange it.

Everything was perfect and the whole team were very understanding and helpful during a very difficult time. Claire was wonderful from the very first meeting and was always on hand to meet me and talk us through everything in detail, answer any questions and offer recommendations for the service.

We recently lost our mum, and the care we received from the team was exceptional from start to finish. Claire, in particular, was just amazing. Through our grieving process she listened with genuine interest and compassion about stories of our mum, which helped so much when we simply wanted to talk about her life, to almost distract ourselves from getting upset and even when we did she was just the shoulder we needed.

Her kindness — from offering a friendly cup of tea to giving us the time and space to talk through our wishes — made such a difference during an incredibly difficult time. She was patient, thoughtful, and truly understood how important it was for us to give Mum the send‑off she deserved.
